Hawaii January 2010

Last year for my birthday the family went out to eat at Gordon Biersch and we all entered a Hawaii sweepstakes. Well, I actually won. Trip for 2. Included air fare and a hotel (Sheraton Waikiki) and an hour helicopter ride around the island. We went to Oahu in January for 5 days. A short but very fun vacation.

Went snorkeling at Hanauma Bay

One morning we walked up to the top of Diamond Head. This is the gorgeous view from the top.

Pete and I went on a whale watching/snorkeling trip. We got to swim close to turtles...very cool!
